Linda’s Tell All from the Grand Del Mar Wedding Experience…

Once again, the Grand Del Mar treated us to the most fabulous and creative two days full of entertainment, pampering, fun and elegant 5-star dining!! How lucky to be a “guest” and not have to think of one thing!!!

Paige and Charles, along with their most professional staff, went above and beyond to make us feel special, showering us with incredible gifts and arranging morning through evening events, allowing us to see their magnificent hotel through their eyes! Anyone who chooses to vacation at Grand Del Mar, or plan an event there, is very wise. Once you pull up to the front of the hotel, you enter into the most wonderful European Experience. Everyone is warm and welcoming and you know your vacation has begun! The hotel is so breathtaking and the hotel lobby, library, bar, the guest rooms, the view, the pools, the restaurants and the spa and gym are all done to perfection!

Paige Levy along with the creative help of the most talented florist and planner, Kathy Wright, managed to WOW everyone that attended their in-house “Carnival”! They did not miss a trick or a detail and we had the most fun evening playing games, eating, partying and dancing with our friends that we have met over the years at previous events! It was a magical night that no one will ever forget! The Grand is soooo lucky to have Paige and Charles on their staff! They’re so professional, creative and fun!!!! Everyone ADORES them!!!

The following day we had the chance to go to visit the Animal Safari in San Diego, but I opted to stay back to take advantage of (in my opinion) the BEST SPA EVER!!!!!!! Oh my!! Give yourself a real treat!!!!!! Everyone there is FABULOUS at what they do and so friendly!!

For our second night of pure luxury, Paige and Charles arranged for a beautiful, European “5-Star” dining experience at their restaurant, Addison on the hotel property. From the finest of wines and champagne and a magnificently served meal, we were truly impressed. I must mention that the centerpieces were incredibly beautiful, and of course, Kathy Wright gets the credit. She is truly a “floral artist extraordinaire”!!

I must also give praise to Boyd Harris and his wife. They not only took great photos every minute, but also captured instant memories and shared them with all of us practically overnight!! They are so talented and incredibly nice!! Wish they were in L.A.!!

I was so sad to leave the next day, but reality and work awaited me back in Los Angeles!! Thank you to everyone at the Grand Del Mar for including me, once again, on their invitation list!! I can not wait to return next year!!! You are in a league of your own!!!!!!!!!
